PRICING
All product prices listed on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery fees. If VAT rates change between your order date and dispatch date, we’ll update the VAT charged, unless full payment has already been made.
You’ll be charged when your order is dispatched, and you will own the product once full payment is received. If you fail to pay, we may charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until payment is made in full.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Rashu Limited is not always the product manufacturer. While we aim for accuracy, colours may appear differently on screens, and packaging may vary. Always check product labels and instructions before use.
We may update products to comply with regulations or make small technical improvements that do not affect use.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING
Order Handling: Orders are typically processed the same working day. Orders after 4pm GMT or during weekends/holidays are handled the next working day.
Delivery Charges: Delivery options and prices (including VAT) are listed on our website.
Delays or Non-Delivery: If delays are caused by factors beyond our control, we will notify you. In such cases, compensation is not offered. If the delay is significant, you may cancel the order and get a refund for undelivered items.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at info@rashu.online or post your request to 1575c London Road, London, SW16 4AA. You’ll need to return the product within 14 days of cancelling, at your own expense.
Return Address: Unit G9, Silverbox House, Wembley, HA9 7FP. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Without this, if the item is not received, we can’t issue a refund.
We only refund standard shipping. Express or scheduled delivery costs are not refunded.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of postage. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If the item is used or damaged, we may deduct from your refund. For example, if tags are removed or accessories are missing.
RETURNS
If a product is faulty or incorrect, email info@rashu.online or use our contact form at krishsimh.co.uk. Please explain the issue and attach a photo if possible.
If confirmed faulty or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the return process.
WARRANTY
Products with manufacturing faults (not caused by misuse or wear and tear) within 12 months of purchase may be repaired or replaced. This does not affect your legal rights.
LEGAL RIGHTS SUMMARY
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: full refund for faulty goods
- Within 6 months: full refund if the item can’t be repaired or replaced
- Up to 6 years: partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time
USE OF GOODS
Unless stated otherwise, products are for home or home-office use. Follow manufacturer instructions. Modifying products may void the warranty and your right to return or repair.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
For deliveries outside the UK, you may be charged import duties/taxes. These are your responsibility. Laws and charges vary by country. Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs.
ENDING CONTRACT
We may cancel the contract and claim compensation if you don’t accept delivery within a reasonable time.
LIABILITY
Rashu Limited is liable for losses caused by breaking our contract unless:
- The loss was unforeseeable
- It was due to delays beyond our control (see above)
- You could have avoided it by following our instructions
- The loss relates to business use
These terms do not exclude liability for death, injury due to negligence, or fraud.
CHILDREN
We don’t sell to children. If you’re under 18, use our site only with a parent/guardian who must agree to these terms.
PERSONAL DATA
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.
DISPUTES
If you have a complaint, please write to our managing director at Unit G9, Silverbox House, Wembley, HA9 7FP.
These terms follow English law. You can take legal action in your home country’s courts. We may also pursue action in your local courts.
OTHER TERMS
We may transfer our contract to another company without affecting your rights. This contract is only between you and us. If any term is found unlawful, the rest still applies.
