Order Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive it.

If your order has already been delivered, return the item(s) to:

within 14 days of telling us. Return costs are your responsibility unless we offered free returns when you purchased.

Use a tracked delivery service and keep proof of return. If we don’t receive your return or receive it late without proof, we may not issue a refund.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll process your refund within 14 days of cancellation. If it has been shipped, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If the returned item isn’t in resalable condition (e.g. damaged packaging, missing parts, or clear signs of use), we may reduce or decline your refund. Contact our team if you’re unsure.

The return window is 14 days from delivery. If a fault appears later, we’ll offer a replacement under warranty. For orders placed in December, returns are extended until 31st December to accommodate holiday purchases.

Please explain the issue and let us know whether you prefer a refund or replacement. Include a clear photo or video showing the problem if possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. You must send the item back using the instructions provided.
